New products are also being added on a daily basis. These products have been categorized accordingly for your own convenience.

At the time being, orders can only be made by registered Jocom accounts for security reasons. By signing up with Jocom, you are entitled to plenty of amazing and exciting deals!

Jocom accepts payments made with debit/credit cards via Mastercard, Visa and ManagePay. After making payment, you can sit back and relax and wait for our confirmation of purchase email.
Jocom delivers any time between 9AM to 7PM from Monday to Saturday to areas within Klang Valley. Do bear with us and check back as we expand our delivery areas!

Delivery costs is a flat rate of RM8.50 (Ringgit Malaysia). Currently, we only cater to residents in Malaysia.
The vendors are expected to refund/replace mistaken products or products with defect within stipulated time. Used items are non-refundable. Please check T&C Jocom for more information.

For every RM1 spent, Members will be rewarded with 1 JPoint. Throughout this “Shop More, Save More” promotion, Members can also purchase JOCOM Voucher(s) and which will then credit JPoints into the member’s account
Members can redeem products using JPoints. Each 1 JPoint is equivalent to 1 cent in value. Throughout this “Shop More, Save More” promotion, there will be a variety of products available for redemption (5 daily products, 10 weekly products and 10 monthly product redemption selections).
Members may add their choice of products available for redemption to their cart and checkout using JPoints to redeem the JPoints.
Members may amend their shipping details (Name, Address and Contact Number) by contacting our customer service hotline at +603 2241 6637. However, any orders placed with JPoints cannot be returned, refunded, replaced, exchanged, or cancelled after a purchase unless a product is out of stock or due to system failure.
