1. Mix 500g of Laksaamana Curry Laksa Paste with 3750ml boiling water.
2. Add in 500ml coconut milk and 150g tofu puff. Bring to a quick boil and switch to low flame.
3. Pour hot soup onto 12 bowls of blanced noodles and topped with bean sprouts, cooked chicken, long beans and slices of hard boiled eggs. Garnish with fried shallots and serve hot.
