COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix 500g of Laksaamana Asam Laksa Paste with 2600ml boiling water.
2. Add in 5 sardines or mackerels (remove when cooked, debone & flake fish), or 1 canned of sardines in tomato sauce (425g)
3. Pour hot soup onto 10 bowls blanced noodles and garnish with egg, fish, cucumber, onions, pineapple and mint leaves.
